Dont know theyve asked if the roof was to be cleaned how would it be done as you cant get a cherry picker in or scaffold, they want to know if they can put ladder connectors that move along the top so can climb ladder, tie yourself on it and use pole system, the roof has running warm water going through it to stop condensation dripping on any guests.

Its not a direct request, the architect is asking how it would be done. This what he sent me.

Dear Sirs,

I am hoping that you will be interested in this recent addition to the house and ?????????? estate of the senior branch of the ???????? family.

It is a glass roof for which ???? were the Architects. The manufacturer, from ?????????? ????????, designed the system of flowing hot water through the steel roof members to prevent condensate falling onto the @@@@@ guests. However he failed to provide a simple way of cleaning the external glasses. I have proposed adding ladder supports to the surrounding gutters at the points indicated by the red dots.

These would provide for ladders from which one of your water-brushes could be used. The question, now, is how many of these ladder supports should be added. They are of such a sort as to allow them to be moved and then re-clamped onto the steel grid which covers the gutters, allowing someone to walk around the glass at gutter level. Eyelets are also fixed onto the fins, all around the roof, at the level of the bottom of the four roof lights.

Access to the Orangery from the, Northern, walled garden, side is by a wide double door. But the path does not allow the deployment of the cherry-picker which can be used on the lawn on the other, Southern, side of this building. However, a scaffold tower would be possible. The method is for you to choose!

if the access is the same both sides , you could pole it quite easily with a 60 foot pole, the only bit that maybe a problem id the very top panels, but looks ok to get to from the picture
