Title: Whats a method statement?

I have been asked for a risk asessment(no probs there) but also a method statement. Whats the difference, I thought they were the same thing and whatever the diference is can it be on the same document?

technically if your RA is good enough, it is a method statement.

(did the RA course today) :D
