Title: How do you find canvassers?

Real ones..! not fly by nights....

is it worth advertising for one?... i could do with a part time canvasser working maybe 3 days per week.

Does anyone one simply pay a canvasser per jobs recieved, ... which is the best way around this please.

do you go and see the customer before parting with money etc..?

My canvasser gets paid for the jobs he brings in (X2)
because he s local to me weve struck up a good deal where i make contact with the custie and ideally do a first clean then pay him.
