What do I do here fella`s? I`ve a smallish ( £35 ) every 2 months commercial
Clean that’s coming up for doing later this week or so.Theyvè usually paid
By cash out of the tin when I take my invoice in.About 2 weeks ago I received
A letter from a reciever saying this company had gone into administration.
Do I go into the office and ask for cash payment `up front` before doing them.
( This illeagle I think anyways).Been doing this account for about a year or so.
There`s still people in there at their desks working,I passed there this morning.

Ask them what the score is before you start and take a pre-prepared invoice with you which you can present them with before you do any work, so you`ll get paid immediately .

have a word with them if they say do them try to get payment after completing..if it doesn,t sound too good drop the job and move on ;)

You need to ask for cash when you turn up, if you invoice them, you will be treated like a creditor and you will have to join a long list of creditors waiting for payment.
Thats why a lot of the businesses that have gone into adminstration are not accepting their own gift vouchers as payment.
