Title: How much more per hr for a supervisor?

Hi guys,

Just a quick question.

We mainly do domestics and I think I need to promote one of my staff to a supervisor and take on another member of staff for them to work with.

How much more per hour do you pay a supervisor on top of your normal staff rate?

She will still be doing the cleaning but I want her to check each house is up to standard before they leave.
She will also be doing the driving but I will pay petrol money for that.

Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi Ange, it really depends on what the going rate is in your area, for instance, i pay my supervisors £7.50, and an area supervisor £8.50  but i know in some parts of the country its a lot higher..
