just wondered what the demand was for gutter cleaning. anyone busy at present? ???
-
do them from time to time usually at the back end of the year when the leaves stop falling ;D

Its only really busy after the fall.. but you need to advertise the service as much as you can, blocked gutters are not so noticeable as dirty windows, and are often left forgotten.
tell your reg customers its a service you provide.. i bet they didn;t even know.
-
been doing them today.
Dirty job but someone has to do it.

2 this year to date & just quoted a third - fingers crossed.

What method do ya use to clean gutters, people? The reason i ask is,i quoted on two houses earlier in the week £35 per house. They both snapped my hand off. I did look at on side of the gutters before i quoted. Caked to the max. That's why i put in quite a high price. Funnily and luckily enough, the rest of the gutters were nearly spotless. So i was kinda quids in(this time) Used ladders and trowel. But i am thinking of starting to use a more professional method(and safer) Is the gutter lance the only way forward? Or are there cheaper and less"powerful" methods?
