Title: Steam Cleaners

Hi All!

Looking for yet more advice. So nice to be able to ask ;D

 Have done a search re the above but I would like to get some more info. Apparently you can get hold or cold steam cleaners? Is this correct? I have been told that with the cold steam cleaners there is little or no moisture left and therefore everything is practically dry as soon as you have finished.

Just wondered whether this information is correct and whether the cold steam (if there is such a thing!!!) is more or less effective.

Can anyone recommend a particular cleaner or any pros & cons. I am looking at using particularily for grotty end of tenancy cleans to minimise cleaning products and elbow grease.

Sorry I think I meant dry not cold steam!! :-[ But I don't get the joke ???

Hi Maggie

Dry steam is what you will need to clean grease and grime on many surfaces.

These machines range from hand held to large top of the range steamers depending on your budget.

They will not clean everything easily as claimed ie heavy kitchen deposits etc, but get a demonstration to see for yourself.
