I'd blade 'em with a 12" blade, once across, all done, bar a bit of detailing.

If it took you 1 min per a window thats only 2hrs 40 min's
Times that by £3.49 a hr and there you go ;D

Insides to going tobe harder, rregardless, you say its a business centre so will it have obstacles like desks etc in the way of the windows. The outsides'll take about an hour as a regular clean. First time is likely to  be different.

Without seeing the place, Id allow half a day for the lot.

Actually, without seeing the place, I wouldnt even contemplate a price, but half a day is the place to START working from. Havent you got any pics?

hi matt i could get pics i actually went to view an office for a different project im starting with a friend of mine yesterday and mentioned about the window cleaning thats the reason for no pics.

i havent explained very well its an enterprise centre for small new businesses that rent small 1-3 desk offices all the offices are built inside the building with a corridor going round these ,they have a number of windows built into the wall between office and corridor to let light into the office as most dont have an external window. there are no obstacles as its just the windows on the corridor side the clients who rent the office space r responsible for inside the offices.

what would most ideally charge for half a days work? i was thinking appro £80-120 does that sound fair

Not far off the mark either richy. Depend show much you want the work, how far to travel, if none of things are too bad, and its WFP outside Id probably go for £95.00
