Hi
I clean the whole door , WFP . They come up a treat ;D
-
Yeah, me too unless they state otherwise!
-
It's up to you what you clean. Maybe the old wc used to do the lot, if so then thats what they would expect. It's always a good idea to include freebies in the price and then price accordingly.
Simon.

any new custies they have it in the price, old custies i dont bother unless they ask.
if the door leaks, i do the whole thing by hand
-
Do all doors (wfp) no problems with leaking that i am awear.
-
Clean all doors, custies love it and do them with a cloth by hand it takes a bit longer[about 1 min] but you dont leave a puddle outside, which I think custies dislike.

I do all doors wfp, only had one that leaks and customer asked me not to do it in future. I use a floor squeegie to get rid of the puddle, takes no time while posting work ticket or collecting money.
I took over some customers from a trad guy who retired and a lot of the customers remarked on how good their doors looked (never mentioned the windows)

If I do doors, its only when asked and paid extra. We're window cleaners first and formost, so where do you draw the line.
Id never WFP the doors anyway.
-
I wfp all doors, always ask the customer 1st though if it leaks, can't really blame you then if they've said it doesn't, and it does ;D

I do all doors wfp.
I have one cutomer who insists that i clean the door by hand, she pays extra for that. She also for three months when i first started cleaning her decided to wipe the windows dry after i had cleaned them using wfp...lol
