Most people will be reluctant to give you one as a good one will cost you money - I get a lot of my documents from here.

employmentdocumentcompany.co.uk/ (http://employmentdocumentcompany.co.uk/)

I hope thats a help

you may also want to have a look at business link.

contracts range from £300 to ££££'s

I will add you cannot stop someone from going out window cleaning in your area, BUT you can stop them going to your customers, I know this as someone tried it on me when I was starting an internet company in the 90's (may of changed but doubt it, solicitors is best bet but business link will help you know end, I have meetings with them quite often.

Thats not actually true - as long as your non-competition clause is worded correctly - has a reasonable time limit - and a fixed geographical area then it will work.

But you will need to pay for it - and its not as expensive as most think.

I have been using subbies for a good while with no problems - but I spent a little bit to protect myself. I am now expanding and taking on employees, I could not have got this far without my subbies. My employees are also subject to non-competition clauses.

If you want to grow your business you need to spend a few quid to protect it.  ;)
