Title: Texatherm
Post by: Gary M on January 19, 2009, 12:11:11 pm
Hi, I wonder if anyone can give me some advice on  'Texatherm' systems. I am considering purchasing their new EMV system and would appreciate any feedback. I currently run a wood floor restoration business and looking to expand my services to carpet cleaning. There is alot of technology and products and would be very grateful on any advice given (Apart from don't do it) If you were just starting out, where would you start?

If I was starting out I would  A. Buy a truckmount form Hydramaster B. Purchase a good quality rotary machine and then some pads from Texatherm/or a.n.other C. Charge minimum price of £75.00 £ 4.00 per sg metre and £195.00 for 3pce suite. market like mad at top end clients.. Cheers Simon...Ideally I would go intothe Bonds market and make a few bob...!

On an open board like this you are likely to get hugely conflicting "advice" some from people with very little experience, some from highly experienced people, but using completely different methods.

The machine you mention is a new concept and looks promising
