Just an update on how good these things are.

Did the inside on a big barn convertion where the windows were high and at angles from the roof apex.

Worked with a pole and w/f. It was brill.

Saved loads of time and did no detailing. Kept the applicator slightly away from the edges.

Custy very happy with the overall job.

Great to get in the corners.

I am glad that I have persivered with it as the flipper does take a little getting used to.

All my inside work is done with these now.

I take it a wagtail is just the squeegee & the flipper has both squeegee & applicator on one unit? i.e. applicate then flip over to squeegee?

Did you not soap up to the top edge? I used mine for the first time the other day and was impressed but i've not got the hang of it completely. I've dog-eared mine because it was useless with moulded frames.

Yep.

The applicator is flat.

It flips over the squeegy to clean.

The wagtail is on a pivot so you just turn your wrist to go where you want to go on the glass.

When you get to the bottom just tap the w/f to get any excess water off the blade.

The benifit is that the squeegy does not hold to much water.

I do go to the top but make sure that the applicator is resonably dry.

I could not detail on this job.

Worked well.
