Prob not  lol  :)

The new digital Eco-flo/Flowmaster (They are the same thing)
doesn't use the pressure switch. I was talking to Mike @ Varitech today and he is raving about it. Personally I have no problems with the old one which does use the pressure switch. I have sold them in the hundreds both fitted to systems and on their own and hardly ever get a failure. The brand named other controller was a different matter altogether.

Are they a re-badged ecflo or are they completley different.

The Eco-flo and Flowmaster are made by the same manufacturer.

In reality there are only two mainstream flow controllers that are being sold. The Varistream or the Eco-Flow. Most other brands are actually just a new face-plate on the Eco-Flow, which makes them very popular for re-sellers.

The new Eco-Flow does allow you to work without the pressure switch if you have to have this feature. Talk to your friend Tony about them as he will know more about them.

I have to say that the Eco-Flows are very reliable, we have yet to have a fault with a single one of them.

This is not true Alex, Ours is totally separate. we have had it made just for us, it is nothing to do with Eco flow or Variflow.

Old post dig-up!!

And you are? And your product is? You haven't put your real name and you have hidden your email address, also your profile is blank. Come on stop playing games.

Hi Craig,

Now we know who we are talking to. :)

In my post above I did say that there are just two 'mainstream' suppliers of controllers. There are a couple of other versions, but they do not yet sell the 1000's per year of the two big brands. However that may well change if your product is offering something better than the competition - improvement of the product market place is a good thing for the end user.

spoke to them as i needed a new flow controller and they recomended using the pressure switch on the pump so i ended going for purefreedoms flow controller which was cheaper with more functions
