Either a long light pole extended horizontally, or if that's not gonna work then a set of ladders to get on the roof and clean the windows by hand.

Sometimes you can get to them from the side.

But I am totally ladderless and I have two properties which have one window each inaccessible with a pole.

However I consol myself with the dozens more I can now do over conservatories, porches etc.

I use a ladder... or use a long pole.

Im not ladderless, i use them for access to extensions roof, balconies etc..

They have a place (on the van) like every bit of kit in my van...

This is how I do them:

As long as the pole is light and rigid enough and 25ft long most flat roofs/conservatories are simple to do.

Hi could you tell me how long is that pole?
It looks very rigid, is it a hybrid?

its the Slx, I think she means the windows that are down the side of the house that are above the garage, I have a slx and I still cant reach them as very awkward so i explain this in the price.

Chris is right, it is the SL-X at 25ft.  I find these days that rather than trying to struggle from the side of a flat roof, it's best to stand in front of it with a longer pole.  Of course, there are always going to be windows that are almost impossible to reach.  On the odd occasion that this happens I just explain that I won't be doing them.

 8) I use the 24ft hybrid on your site, lovely piece of kit bought it from Essentially Pure Ltd

That one in the pic looks longer maybe because of the goose neck ;)
