Title: faux suede and hi ph

Doing a commercial job first thing in the morning all the carpets on the first floor and 2 lots of bench seating areas in the reception which are proper hammered , I dont want to use fabric restorer because of the solvent content . I am thinking Blitz or Enzal from chemspec and rinsing with liquid high heat.
 
What do you reckon

I agree about the Fabric Restorer.

I would be wary of the bonding agents being compromised by such high  pH.

I would only use a product on upholstery that is suitably formulated ie it says upholstery cleaner on "the tin".

If you were to rinse with High Heat, I presume that you would also be using suitably high temperatures to make the product work at it's best. High temperatures are a definite no no on flocks.

What other products do you have?

Thanks for the replie Ken , I've got various different chemicals on the van ranging from Mpower, pureclean , prespray gold. powerburst, but inthis instance I don't think I will get the desired result .

Been using liquid high heat as a general acidic rinse for several months now are you saying it is not effective at lower temperature.

Hi John

I would try Pureclean as my fist chemical, spray on and then leave for 20 minutes while you set up.

Enzall will work well if there are protein based stains.

Went down the pure clean route and got a better result than what I thought
