Title: Established window cleaners wanting to build.
Post by: geefree on January 16, 2009, 05:21:52 pm
Just a little thought, over the past year we have had countless posts from existing window cleaners , saying its slow, no work about... should i drop leaflets, or knock doors.

Then the new guys come along, and build a round

and tell us how many customers they have , and still building.

lessons to be learned here i think...

the work is still out there ....go and build your round... or someone else will.  ;)

there's another thing to consider THE PRICE .the new WC's may be cheaper and undercut the allready established ones

Some of us have all the work we need.
Good window cleaning rounds are like rolling snowballs, once they have got some momentum they grow themselves, one happy customer starts talking and before you know it, the phone starts to ring again.

It is alright getting new customers here there and everywhere, but the real money is putting together streets and streets of houses, so all of your work is close together. Now that takes some time to do !
