Title: How long do you wait to resand block paving

Can you resand block paving more or less straight away after cleaning or do you have to give it a day or two to dry out completely, thanks in advance, regards Dave. :)

It's got to be dry, both on the surface AND the sub base so the dry sand doesn't pull the moisture up like blotting paper

this time of year is no good for sanding. i have been waiting since december to resand a drive but it has been to damp or frozen. :'(
