Title: Remember that custy who dropped the price on me?

Went back today (after sending my explanation letter as to why her windows were the same price as her neighbours) and started on her neighbour's windows.

Her toothless (literally) husband sticks his head out the window and asks if I'm "gonna drop the price or what?" I said "I'll do it for the originally agreed price of £11 as stated in my letter ..."

Him: "Hang on and I'll ask the missus."

Me (waiting patiently) "OK"

Lots of conflab going on but inaudible.

Him: "She said leave it this time, she'll have it done next ..."

Me "Sorry, it's every other month already - as the song says it's now or never (light laff)"

Him: "Hang on ..."

More discussion indoors

Him: "She says don't bother then!"

Me: "OK, have a lovely day!"

Another one to the great dumping ground!

I know it's all part of the game but do you not just get a little ped off with customers somtimes....playing little games.

Been back to work for 2 days...still waiting to get my pump back which is still incased in ice in my outside 500l tank (which while defrosting spilt on this base!!!)
