if a custie is booked in for there first clean and its raining when its due to be cleaned do you still go ahead and clean(wfp).i clean regular custies in the rain but know how funny some people can be about cleaning in the rain and dont want a complaint of a new customer, what do you guys do?

Did one today, advised them its possible to get a few drips, spots on a first clean, but I insisted they called me if they had any and where unhappy and i would re do it for free.
It was drizzly when i did theirs, she was happy..
Be straight with them, tell them it "might" occur.
If it does, request they call you, so you can go and redo it.

It is up to you to decide when you are going to work, if you decide that level of rain is workable, then work.
We don't work in pouring rain, but heavy drizzle, yes. If customer says anything, normally say this is british climate, when do you expect us to clean them.
Fit new customers into your round, and do them after the house nearest, don't make a special trip for them. or else they will be out of sync. with the rest of your round.
Remember it is a round, so you should be working round the customers one by one, in the order you have arranged, don't be drawn into coming back for odd ones that don't want them done that day.
Don't let your round run you, you should run your round.

No such thing as bad weather only the wrong clothes .
First cleans if there really dirty rain helps, just explain to customer as you should wet or dry WFP
