Hi Deano,
Have you tried going out canvassing for work ??? Their is loads of work out their and £800 sounds a lot of money for £175 worth of work ::)

I wouldn't pay £300 for it never mind £800. There's tons of work out there. Use your money to get some leaflets printed (I didn't even do that, I just produced a flyer on my PC and printed some off!).
You'll pick up more than £150 worth in a days canvassing.
I got around £150 worth of new business this week from people asking me in the street at other jobs.
Choose your area carefully and you'll be quids in! ;)

Points to ask yourself?
*do you have £800 spare? (if not then look no further :))
*is it well established work e.g how many years NOT MONTHS has the other cleaner been servicing it?
*is it done in the same method as you use?
*is £800 a starting point and can the price be negotiable?
*is it close knit work or stretched out?
*why does the other cleaner want rid?
*are you sat at home some days because you do not have enough work to fill your time? (if yes to this one, canvassing is the answer)
*ask yourself why you should want to buy it?
Theres plenty of more questions you need to consider, but these are just a start :)

I don't intend to offend any posts with my post if that's how it looks. If so I apologize. If you find it offensive just post " shut it big ears" and I'll sit in the corner and sulk! ;)
