Got a call from a tenanted three storey property today pretty shabby carpets they had to get them cleaned to get there deposit back it worked out at 89 sq m of carpet plus two flights of 13 steps. I got the impression they just wanted a ticket. to say they had been done but not falling for that one clean is clean plus reputation to think of. I worked out the figure of £281  do you think this is fair price to be completely honest some of the carpet is past it.
