Do you run minibore or Normal Tricoflex as my pump dont seem to want to work with microbore??? Changed the 60psi to my spare 100 psi pump no different
-
Does your machine have a Varistream controller?
If it does you will probably need to recalibrate it to work with minibore.

yeah it has to flow controls for each pump. Andrew sorry to appear thick how you do that?

I have a Brodex .................
coaster - arrived this morning, very handy too. Wouldn't buy anything off them though because i don't like their marketing techniques.

Open the varistream up, inside there should be a little blue dial, adjust this untill the water flows with the valve open but stops after a few seconds of closing it. If it's a digital you get to the same adjustment by pressig the up and down arrows at the same time, no need to open it up.

Is it the digital varistream or the one with the numpty that you turn on it?

Andrew

Simon has already posted an answer but to elaborate:
You need to open the front of your varistream. Open it carefully. Look on the front cover and you should see a small blue numpty. It will be set against a letter. Like Simon says turn your pump on with it attached to your reel and if you have an on/off valve make sure it is open.
Now turn the blue dial up ONE LETTER AT A TIME until your pump works uninterupted. You don't have to close the varistream to do this. So.. when you have a nice flow coming from the hose shut your valve and your pump should cut out in a few seconds.
What you are doing is increasing the shut off pressure to compensate for the more restricred flow given by minibore.
Hope this helps
Andrew :)
