I had someone in Friday with a Reach and Wash with what sounds like the exact same problem.  What I did was took the pressure gauge off and put in a 1/2 quick release connector and blank plug.  No pressure gauge now, but keeps him working until he gets a replacement if he wants one.

its a hairline crack 1mm or 2mm its on the other side of the tbar to the pressure gauge going up the upright of the tbar part. im not sure if that would sort this problem out to be honest

So it's not behind the glass in the gauge itself?

i have my hose connected to a port on outside of van this has a blue hose connected to it wat runs up behind the measuring gauge (for counting litres of water) the tbar connected to this (wat has the pressure gauge connected to it at the top) is the part that has cracked that is squirting out quite high pressure water.surely ionics will replace this part?

thanks peter for your advice

yeah i know the ones...that price is shocking to say the least! I just bought a second hand ionic pro-5 and i was intent on buying at least 1 new pro-5 when funds enabled me to do so but their prices are riddiculous
