have been wfp for approx 18 months and do not do much trad only on inside. anyway did a house on friday that had the old fashioned extra piece of glass you lift out on the inside. when cleaned they looked as though they were smearing but if you left them 5 minutes they would clear. is this the type of glass or is it just a temperature thing.even went and swapped my scrim thinking that might be dirty but made no difference.

Probably condensation because you would be lifting out the double glazing sections. Secondary glazing they call it.
