What About Andrew McCann?
-
B&Q ;D
-
Don't talk to me about b and q was about to have a new kitchen from them till I realised their so called half price sale wasn't really a half price sale.
-
Gardiners any day. ;D

Gardiners any day. ;D
Haven't tried Gardiners yet. Perhaps I should. I normally use Varitech or WCW where I've just bought a new Merlin and new pole..
-
Gardiners , cleaning spot and varitech all very good ;D
-
TBH i do most of my looking on line, late in the evening. Anyone that has a website WILL get my custom. I dont mind if they dont have online ordering facilities, i can send an email of what i want, or phone them during a quite spell during the day if i need to make an order.
I know Varitech are good from recommendations but i reckon they do lose out for the very fact they dont have a website with their products on. Take gardiners website, its not the best designed, but it has everything there.. products with pics, prices, delivery prices, info on the products..
Of course price and delivery prices determine where i buy from, but i would pay a little bit more from companies that have a great reputation.

Always find Cleantech good to deal with.
-
wintecs have been pretty good but i am trad; maybe its different for wfp
-
Someone posted a link to the Varitech online catalogue, but I can't find it now :-\
Does anybody have it?

I have used Wintecs for years and always had first class service.
I have not voted out of fairness to the suppliers I haven't used yet.

Window Cleaning Resource on this side of the pond is the best hands down!

Sureclean systems is another good one.

These 5 are the most popular. But its also good to hear about others especially if they have their own website. Theres only Varitech that don't have one. But I use them mainly because I know Richard and hes always very competitive and their delivery is second to none.

I choose WCW anyday. Website is great, and even though i ordered catalogues off all the big players, theyres was the only bugger that was even half decent. Plus, they sell wagatail ;D
I guess everyone has theyre preference though based on the service they have recieved, n im sure that all of the suppliers have got theyre pros and cons

+ 1
But I tend to only use them for wfp - good service and soap national for trad. - good service
-
cleaning spot all day long ;D
-
I dela with a few suppliers:
Gardiners
purefreedom
exel
wintecs
first three have great customer support
wintecs I have needed to call them to ask questions as I tend to only get dowex from them maybe other few bits, I have never had a problem with any of these suppliers
-
I trust cleantech and this matters because very often when i make a purchase i'm not sure what i want.
Mike's done me a few favours and got me out of a hole a few times, so i don't price shop.
-
Any supplier you deal with always ask, can't you do it any cheaper?
I know a lot of them like to haggle and feel disapointed if you don't knock them down a few quid. That's why they have phone numbers, there is a webite price, and then a speaking to price. Say things like soap national do it a bit cheaper to encourage them. ;D

I know what your saying there but some suppliers I dont tend to haggle, because they offer a very good service and I dont mind paying for it as long as it is not ott
-
i was joking. They hate it and get annoyed regarding you as a nuisance.A bit like we would if someone asked us can't you do it any cheaper.
I agree with you mostly i take thier word for it.

Soap National. Allways good, prompt and helpfull service provided, and if they cant help they pass you on 2 someone who can in emergencies.
