The spindle wear out quite easily, best to get a metal one.

utter rubbish what the hell are you even looking at that kind of stuff

Get a proper metal one from a good window cleaner supplies there are plenty of them
and one tip a brass 90 degree swivel will save some grief in the future lol

You use your hose reel all day every day. Buy a decent one, you won't regret it.
