Title: Leather upholstery cleaning
Post by: gembens on January 09, 2009, 08:05:00 pm
Im thinking about integrating leather furniture care into my carpet and upholstery business. Has anyone got any tips or advice on whether its worth it financially?

personnally, jobs are few and far between, but its enjoyable work and for the investment of a good training course its certainly worth it, i did the IICRC leather cleaning course and i will be doing a restoration course in february so i can add that to my CV.
hope this helps

This is going to sound kinky, but there is something very satisfying about working with leather, especially some restoration jobs. On the other hand if I just did fabric upholstery all day I'd do something else for a living.
