Having bought my son a flat screen tv for christmas for his bedroom and mounting it on his wall,i had to remove his old tv and swivel bracket,so today i did a bit of recycling and this was the result of his old swivel bracket ;D

Are those pop up cones in the back ? if so where did you get them from.
The diy bit looks just the job.

Ye they are pop up cones the yellow one was from a local cleaning suppliers and the orange ones were from a home discount online store called Hootys Direct, ;D

Very clever, are you pleased with the results?
If it was me, i think i would have tried to get it as close to the rear as possible then you could open your door to 180 degrees and have the arm clear it?
Ah, maybe your doors don't do that?

As far as knowing if it works ok,i hav`nt tried it yet as i`ve only just finished it,so it will be going through its test tomorrow ;D ;)

Don't mean to put the mockers on it but does'nt it feed anyway with the runners from the hose bracket to what direction you want it ???
Why not just screw the hose runner thing to the floor of the van.
