Please pass this information onto parents of children born between 1986-2003 this a genuine non means tested allowance that might be due. The year before child tax credits were introduced there was a different non means tested allowance available which was never advertised by the inland revenue. You can only claim for one child but you could get £520.00 so visit www.hmrc.gov.uk and fill in the form 11ctc, i did and got a cheque today for £520.00 ;D

It says on the form you can only claim for one child and that should be the youngest, as this is what the 11ctc form says.

The deadline for claiming the Children’s Tax Credit for 2002-03 was 31 January 2009 - the time limit has now expired. The claim form 11CTC is no longer available and it’s been withdrawn from our library of forms.
