Title: Anyone else been put on notice by Anchor trust

Just lost 5 jobs totalling nearly 5k a year as there going with one firm. anyone else had the letter today putting us on notice to finsh 31st march

I'm not with them but sorry to hear about it mate, it happened to me with another firm and it aint nice

Find out who the other firm are mate,

If they are a national firm they may consider subbing it out back to you,

Spoke to the national firm they have took my details see what happens have to be positive and replace asap.

my collegue has also lost a few in essex.,and kent.

he was told that the national firm was doing the job lot at average prices.

not good at all.

Yep i have lost work as well.

Asked me to quote back in May last year but somewheree along the line it all went pear shaped.

Anchor,s dept. dealing with it all is a joke.

Be interested to know who the national co. are. Laddersfree???

yes i lost a job in the northwest it is something about the EU wanting
large national landlords to have big contracts instead of little guys
like me,so blame the EU,I was notified a long time ago

couldnt have said it better myself.....i dont like commercial unless they pay on the day or i can call to pick up payment......

a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush ;)  how true that saying is! ;D

I lost my Anchor work.  Convey Bros run the work from Newcastle; I was told this is the a National Contract. Anchor are also based in Newcastle :-X.

there accounts and other depts are in bradford.
