This is becoming more and more common and have had a few reports of rogue window cleaners knocking on peoples doors and informing them they have taken over the round.
I would seriously tell everyone to inform their customers to be aware of these guys. It is on the increase.
Glad they caught the one up your way, but he will keep on doing it.

i have a photo id which i have told all my customers that if someone ever calls on my behalf they will have a copy of it as proof that they represent me and if they pay them or let them clean their windows i will still require paying hope this would be a good enough safty net if it happens to me

why dont we tell our custys we have appointed a key worker to your contract whom will be responisible for all aspects of the contract including payment and al issues ect or tell them you only accept chq or online payments ect i ama one man band but they think the firm is larger than it is
