Neil

If you look at the left side of Pauls post, where his user name is,  there are some symbols towards the bottom of the box. One of these is a globe of the earth. Click on this for his website. Ditto applies to any member who has entered their web address in their profile.

Safe and happy surfing :)

Paul,

Nice to hear from you again.

Your site is O.K but for me , far too much info.

I would make the homepage much punchier and get rid of at least two thirds of the text.

Most people , myself included have the concentration span of a big gold fish , about 6 secs ;)

Cheers,

Doug

Paul

Welcome back

Haven’t we been down this road before? Sell yourself not others also don’t like blue fonts on coloured background

On pictures should read carpet cleaners at work? Also looks like a TM wand not porty.

I take it that it is DIY look at other UK web sites and take a lead from them! Think from the other side of the fence

Your profile needs updating! Cornwall.

The blue writing blends into 1, try extra line between paragraphs make's it more readable.

Nice site Paul, I just wonder if a local accent on your video clip would sound better to your potential customers.

Hi Paul
I think you should drop the orange background and half the information. Keep it simple with your website and make it easy to read and navigate. At least youve got one,  just try and tone it down a bit.

I am finishing mine of just now and should have it up this week so I will be asking the same question as you.

Agree about background, how do you expect me to print the copy.

Talking about Copywrite is it all your origional artwork etc hope you have clearance from origional owners.

Hope all goes well and leaflets pull better up in Cleavland.

Hope your Levels of Service page is your own work & idea this time instead of lifting it directly from another website.

You need to look carefully at the content of the site. You have some poor grammar, punctuation and some spelling mistakes.

In my opinion, it needs a LOT of work to make it look professional. I am not of the opinion that a poor website is better than no website. The image that you give out is important and the first page of any website has about 3 seconds to capture it's audience...your potential customer!

I think that you need to go back to basics.

Paul,

How is it going then?

I have had a quick look at your site today and it doesn't look any different.

I hope you take notice of all the advice given. You are likely to upset some folk big time if you continue to steal material and could land yourself in very big trouble.

I really do hope things turn out well for you in Yorkshire.

Nicky

I thought the web site was very professional compared to other cc site I have seen.

Is it that we all think that cc site should be short, and not hold an attention span, like cc's.

If you want quick and easy look in yp, those using the web want lots of info, thumbs up from me
