Vista print for websites.

3 choices - starter, standard and professional.

3 page, 5 page and unlimited.

Per month £3 £6 or £9

Disc space 25mb 100mb and 500mb

Bandwidth  5gb 10gb and 20gb

Piece of p*ss to set up yourself, they virtually do it for you.
Dead easy to alter it and tweak it once set up.
I took the middle option and it's more than adequate.
Paypal button with the dearest.
1 e mail address with the £6 one 3 with the £9.

Mike,

Sorry to rain on the parade.

I'm using a widescreen monitor and the text on the carpet page is overlapping itself (gold on top of the white). It's happening in Internet Explorer, Firefox and Opera but it's Ok in Safari.

Like I said, it may be due to the widescreen monitor but it's worth taking a look at.

Hi Guys

Mike is this just a temporary url as you would be far better off with a carpet cleaning one !

Thats in terms of search engine optimistion.

Cheers

It looks like thr front of prochem brochure with flowery thing in the corner.
Your prices of £4 per square metre is high so why advertise it you'll put people off wont you.

It's a good "filter".

You only put off the people who don't want to pay that much.

This way you do not spend twenty minutes explaining everything and then have them say "thanks, I'll get back to you"

Gary, no it's a reason for people not to ring you, very clever I must say. £4 psqm is far too much imo.

Any one else going to put a price on theres ???
Title: Re: Who needs a website
Post by: Mike Halliday on January 16, 2009, 09:05:39 pm
Col you must really like the £1.50 additional charge for wool, that makes it £5.50/sm :o :o

 that'll get rid of the riff-raff ;D

Title: Re: Who needs a website
Post by: Colin finney on January 16, 2009, 09:44:09 pm
Mike, no wonder your aim for 2009 is to be doing 50% pressure washing of drives, at those prices I think that is excatly what you will be doing coz you will have priced your self out of the carpet cleaning market. Just out of interest why the extra charge for wool. Also why extra for certain types of fabric. Your new site spends all of its time explaining why your charges are so high instead of selling your services. strange way of doing things in my book.

Mike,

In view of John's comment above, maybe It's a problem this end.

I'e just had a dual monitor set up installed so maybe somethings not quite right here.

Apologies if that's the case.

Anyone else tried it in different browsers?

Thanks Clinton,

I've got everything Ok except for the carpet and upholstery pages when accessed from the home page. The leather one is OK.

That's in Firefox and IE 7.

I like firefox, but I've recently moved to Flock which is similar and never have any issues.

Usually if there are probs it's the source using non standard code or leading edge stuff that's not been globally implemented.
