I'm trying to be constructive, not critical.

Although I use very few detergent products these days, my experiences are the opposite to yours. I've found Prochem to be first class products. Not wishing to sound rude, but may I suggest that you update your training/techniques? Perhaps if you were to raise issues here about techniques in relation to you equipment, you would receive some pointers.

Safe and happy cleaning :)

Ive used Prochem chemicals for 25 years and achieve excellent results. As Ken says the problem must lie elsewhere.

I also have used pro chem chemicals for many yrs
like most  things, they go hand in hand with good training :)
I suggest that you would benifit from speaking to pro chem direct,
as for other chemicals,i now use m/s 99% of the time, very easy to use,and the results are slao good
