Title: Communal areas (pics added, can you tell me what you would quote)

Ive been asked to quote on 3 blocks of flats communal areas only, is it worth doing this sort of thing as more may come of it, what sort of prices do you charge.

i allways found it a thankless task, if it comes with other work, then great, on its own, its ok for cold or wet days

I phoned the management company and they now want me to price the lot ill post pics now, they want all external windows done and internal of communal, theyve also asked me to give a price on balconys so they can tell the residents that ill ring the night before and if they want the balconys done they can but they pay.

The specific windows to be done arent obvious Chris, is it outside only? Id have thought if its inside then pics of the inside would be needed as well.
