Title: Communal areas (pics added, can you tell me what you would quote)

Post by: jaykie on January 05, 2009, 05:35:37 pm: I phoned the management company and they now want me to price the lot ill post pics now, they want all external windows done and internal of communal, theyve also asked me to give a price on balconys so they can tell the residents that ill ring the night before and if they want the balconys done they can but they pay.

The specific windows to be done arent obvious Chris, is it outside only? Id have thought if its inside then pics of the inside would be needed as well.
