Title: Pure water system

What is the difference between pure water system and using a mild neutral detergent? Customer want windows cleaned using mild neutral detergent, and tne frames dried and buff. I am no window cleaner so if they accept my bid I will have to outsource this one. I just want to have an idea of the difference.
