Why not add your site to you profile on the forum, i had over 400 hits in a week from this site alone when i 1st added it.

What is your website address Shawn?

Personally my experience is that google adwords are more effective for selling products than they are for services. The geographical targeting for your service would be quite tight,.. the majority of ppl who see your ad would be outside your area.

Effective search engine optimisation of your site could provide more traffic without the cost!

E-mail me if you want and I'll gladly give you some pointers.

Not bad for a start. But i wouldn't use copyrighted material/trademarks on your site without permission.

Google logo for starters. Keep the site legal without infringing copyrights. And i do believe thats a Ionics van, you know what these guys are like! Use your own photos, it will be a lot better for it.

Just looked at your source code, and no meta tags at all!!

Get this sorted and your traffic can't fail to increase,... add more unique content and you'll be pushed higher up the Google ranking too.

Take a look at my website www.avondhucleaning.com and use the menu's in your browser to select "View page source" or "View source code" depending on your browser.

Right near the top of the code you'll see the lines that start with "Meta",.. copy these lines,.. adjust the for your company name/geographic location etc and then paste them into the code of your site above the "Body" tag,..

All done!

There is a lot more to search engine optimisation, but that will get you started,...

If you right click your site, click on "source"  most sites will have tags like Title, description and keywords,

Your title is there but you need to make it a search term, i.e. window cleaners in.......etc

The same for description and keywords. google "meta tag generator",  then paste it in to your source code.
It will then look something like this.......

<title>Window cleaners in........</title>
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="style.css">
<meta name="author" content="your name">
<meta name="description" content="We are a family company situated in ........we can provide your home or business with a first class service">
<meta name="keywords" content="window cleaning, cleaning, water fed pole, office cleaning, clean windows, window cleaners your town, etc">

How did you build the site Shawn? The software you used should allow you to edit the code.

Google adwords can eat you cash if you use very vague terms like "window cleaner"

It will work better if you use "window cleaner in Exeter", window cleaning in Exeter", Exeter window cleaners" etc etc if you see what I mean. Also set up your geographical areas carefully, there is no point targeting scotland if your in Devon. Also set a budget and time your add to appear in working hours only if your targeting commercial. These adds don't work to well for getting residential work in my experience.

Hope that helps  ;)
