Title: Am i pricing wrong?

Could you guys please help me with my pricing.
I do all work wfp and at the moment am charging £8 for 2 bedroom houses and £10 to £12 for three and four bedrrom houses and a further £4 if they have a conservatory.
Just starting up and struggling at the moment so was wondering if my prices are to high?

price accordingly to what you want to earn per hour. i roughly charge same as you so seems your priceing ok. I do try and have a £10 min but in some cases where there is lots of competition it does not work. good luck buddy
