Has any one been having trouble with them?
They changed the login process, and now I can not move money into other accounts or do anything!
I rang them, and they said I must ring up all the time to move money, can you believe this?

my login process has also changed but everything working fine no problems moving money have already moved several amounts , i think the new layout is also much better

I had trouble to start with - i have two accounts with them a buisiness account and a reserve account. When i eventually managed to log on there was no sign whatsoever of my reserve account. I phoned them (after sitting in a queue) and they did something their end - all looks fine now.

Works perfect and the layout is 10 times better ;)
