Title: freedom trolley question

Hi all

Got my freedom trolley out of the garage today, haven't used it for almost two years as I prefer a backpack but need it for a office block I have to clean. Anyway turned it on and all that happens is the light on varistream flashes green and red but pump doesn't work.

The battery is fully charged and I have checked for airlocks and can't find any problems. Any help, advise would be really appreciated

It's probobly frozen somewhere after the pump or kinked.

try tapping (lightly) the pump with a tap hammer, mine was doing the same thing but a gentle knock kick started it.
