I noticed the swb vivaro guys on here say close to the bulkhead as poss. But after a close inspection this morning i see the diesel tanks directly below where the tank will lie! My question is how are you bolting throught the van floor? Are you dropping the tank down then re bolting it back after?

You drop the tank.
Sorry if it's a short answer but that's all there is to say.
If you aren't confident I would suggest you get a local company used to doing this sort of thing to do it for you.

If there are chassis members each side of the tank that can be accessed from above, put in two heavy (min4mm) angle irons, one at the front and one at the back of the tank and bolt them down through the accessible chassis members with high tensile bolts (at least 12mm dia). You can then attach whatever caging/strapping system you prefer along the upright web of the angle iron.
