The DriMaster carpet tool is NOT like the RX20. It differs inthat it uses no jets , instead it utilises a flat spray bar which is in full contact with the carpet, this is immediatly followed by the vac slot. The scrubbing action is caused by the rotary motion of 3 cleaning heads. Just like a large version of the DriMaster upholstery tool but 3 fold, larger and rotating. They are an EXCELLENT tool, bur more suited to truckmounts due to the water required and the heat and vacuum required. The RX20 is a different animal, it uses 5x jets matched to 5 x vac shoes ,the vac shoes cause the aggresive scrubbing action. Again the RX20 is more suited to truckmounts as the amount of water they consume would constitute the continual need for refilling and continual emptying of portables.
