In regards to my cry for help with my Ionic system, i may ahve been wrong. I said my tap pressure was fine which i guaged on the fact that when i turn on my taps the water flows really fierce and i thaught the pressure guage was broken on the system - which it was but ive fixed it and it says 35psi going to solenoid which is probably why its not opening and its taking about 12hrs to fill a 300L tank :/
So i humbly appologise and are now looking for a booster pump, which is best to buy?

sorry, i don't know if it is any good. I have a ro-man booster pump.

I also use the RO MAN booster pump.

That pump is no good at all for a 40 inch RO. The flow rate is far too low and it will burn out in no time.
You need a pump like this one.

I have a 300gpd, and I already have a booster pump, but what would be a really good one for me?

RO Man has other pumps but theyre not in at the mo, manufacturing issue apparently, they arent any of the ones featured in this thread, they retial for about £75.00, middle ground between the cheapos and the £195.00 pump featured. Should be in sometime in the new year.

RO Man has other pumps but theyre not in at the mo, manufacturing issue apparently, they arent any of the ones featured in this thread, they retial for about £75.00, middle ground between the cheapos and the £195.00 pump featured. Should be in sometime in the new year.
The cheaper pumps ARE NO GOOD for a 40 inch system. They are for up to 300 GPD systems and are NOT rated for 24/7 running. They will make not a bit of difference to a 40 inch sys so you will be chucking money down the drain.
I am afraid that you are stuck in a hard place RS :(

I had a really good one but broke it, then got a £75 one from cleantech. It's a bit slow.

Cleaningspot do an Aquatec booster pump for £99. Don't know if this is any better than what you got.
