I done a lot of work for a letting agent. Then was given the number for another at remax - i done about £500 worth of work about 35 miles from my home and returned as they were unhappy with the sofa in one. Then the guy would not answer my calls or email back - so i sent him an email last Monday saying if i did not get a cheque in the post then i would go to his office and not leave until i had a cheque in my hand - and would charge £50 per hour for travelling and my time in his office. I lest yesterday with a cheque for £575 and no chance of getting any work from that guy again. Why are some folk such idiots? How do you deal with bad payers? That cheque was overdue by 45 days.
