Roger Koh is the man to ask, but he will probably say cover it in Fatplumper 3.4TM and wrap it in cling film for 24hrs.

#1 This is how crease or winkle it can be - shrinkage from burn.

#2 This is the after result where the creases and burned was rectified.

Just to show you nothing is impossible with leathers, even if it is a $3500.00 ZegnaŽ leather jacket.
#5 This shows you what the customer said about the quality of the service.

So Roger,
Is there anything Paul can do between now and Thursday that could save his bacon for Christmas?

gently steam it?

Leather that has been creased can be a problem depending on the type of finish it has on it. If it has a polyurethane finish and this has been creased the chances of removing it are pretty slim.
Heat can be applied with a hairdryer or iron and is sometimes successful. Cleaning and 'conditioning' products will make little difference.
The leather in the photos has been physically damaged by something hot and no amount of 'cleaning and conditioning' products can make it better. The leather in this instance would need repairing and recolouring. This is not the same as a crease.
