My guys get all the tips divided up between them and a bonus or crate of beer depending how good a year we have had.

Took all of mine (15) out the the p!ss last Saturday, I think I paid for the whole night but can't really remember, I remember losing some of them towards midnight as they went off sniffing for ....!!  Just know I got to bed sometime after 3am!

They get the tips anyway, from the way I see it that's from the customer to them for the work they have done and not to me.  From day one of employing I've always been given any bottles of wine as they prefer the cans.

I also give them a Christmas bonus, but that's a private matter between me and each individual.

I dont accept tips because of the imenent price rise that will affect my customers in the new year due to the current climate.
