Title: Abbey banking bunch of halfwits!!

Why have they decided to change the way to log on with new passcodes, id and all the rest right before the tax payments are due. Can't log on and they were too busy to answer the phone all day yesterday.  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(
