Had a problem with my new Envirodri machine on Tuesday afternoon- rang Envirodri and it was picked up the following morning - delivered back to my door fully operational Friday morning.
I have to say their after sales service has been excellent to date. Just wanted to air it on this forum as we are quick to point out problems with suppliers so thought it would be nice in this seasonal time of year to spread a good word around!
Anyone thinking of doing business with Envirodri i would say go for it - they have been excellent.

I have been Envirodri for 5 years, only needed my machine fixing once.
Same thing, called, picked up machine, got a replacement while it was being fixed and got the other back quickly.
Orders are always next day, Lorna and the crew are fantastic.

I call them and within an hour my machine would be fixed (but then I am only 1/4 mile from H.O.
Generous lot too. They are donating an E40 for an auction at a little event in April the proceeds of which are going to cancer charity.

Yep agree had a prob with mine picked it up tested and fixed and home in 3 days :)

If a similar event were to be arranged for this very forthcoming year, would yee attend such an event ?
