Done 3 jobs today used pre spray gold, didnt overuse, but when it came to extraction it started foaming up badly i asked the customers had the carpets been cleaned before and on 2 of the jobs they had been cleaned by the customer with the machines from a hire shop. The third one didnt know as she had just recently moved in to the house.Could the reason for the foaming be that the carpets had not been extracted properly previously or could it be because my pre spray gold had been in the van when it was freezing out as small bits of ice had formed in the container ???

Try it on your own carpets and see what happens.

Are you not using defoamer?

It does produce some foam in the tank but it hasn't caused a problem for me, are you using it at the right dilution?

I understood that as meaning, in the waste tank after extraction.

Swear by it! But it does make you cough. Anyone know why?

I'm sensitive too to pre-spray gold.
What's the point of using it if it is harming you?
Same goes for any chems out there. We're all different in many ways.
SAFE and happy cleaning :)
