hi

ive been doing the contract now in offices for the pasttwo months, i won this contract because the prvious contractors were well below parr, (initial).   

its now time to get feedback from people that work there, does anyone give the head of offices a questionnaire to see how you might have improved the cleanliness of the place and if do could i have  a copy please.

I use an Audit form, we send it to them for them to check it and add any comments
